Kingston School of Art is looking to recruit a Faculty Support Administrator who will provide proactive administrative support to assigned Heads of Department within the faculty. The role is varied and includes calendar management, producing day-to-day communications and providing support on a number of projects. Strong organisational skills are necessary as the requirement will be to maintain a number of operational systems and support in the organisation of faculty events.
The Person
The successful applicant will have previous administrative experience within a busy office environment, strong IT skills and be proactive and confident in their approach with meticulous attention to detail.Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively at all levels, providing excellent customer service with a flexible and responsive attitude.
