The Role
Do you enjoy working in a busy environment? Are you an expert in creating content for social media? Are you interested in working with international students? Then this role is for you.
This role will support the delivery of recruitment and marketing activities to support the University meetings its international student recruitment targets.
Working as part of the International Recruitment team, the post holder will support the implementation of digital marketing and conversion activities; creating content for social media channels; delivering webinars; support the market recruitment team with in-country activities in key markets; and to administer other projects such as the handling of enquiries, scholarship applications, and organisation of events.
The Person
We are looking for someone with a background in higher education and/or marketing who can demonstrate their experience of creating digital content and executing campaigns. Given our busy working environment, you will need to have excellent time management skills and be able to work effectively in a team with proven communication skills. You need to have passion for outstanding customer service and be aware of cultural differences. Ideally you should have some event management experience and an interest to get involved in different type of student recruitment activities both in-person and online.
Directorate/Function
This role sits in the Student Recruitment and Admissions team which is part of the Students Directorate.
The International Recruitment team is responsible for the delivery of ambitious student recruitment targets. The team delivers both online and in-person activities across a range of key markets and supports a network of in-country staff and education agents. We execute communication campaigns for applicants and offer holders and administer the international scholarship and bursary schemes.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £33,238 per annum.
