About the Role
As the Client Devices Manager, you will oversee and enhance our End User Computing (EUC) services, ensuring reliability, responsiveness, and security across the University. Leading a team of specialists, you will set and maintain technical standards for various devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones, as well as operating systems and applications.
You will deliver high-quality EUC services that support the University's teaching and research goals. By working closely with academic, professional, and medical staff, you will define service standards, drive continuous improvement, and implement modern technologies. Your focus areas will include remote and cloud-based services, BYOD support, and secure IT solutions tailored to the University's needs.
Your responsibilities will include managing team performance, financial planning, and project delivery, ensuring the operational needs of diverse faculties and departments are met. Additionally, you will strategically contribute to the development of EUC services in alignment with the University’s IT and strategic goals.
