About the role
The Humanities Division is seeking to employ a Graduate Studies Administrator as soon as possible. The Graduate Studies Administrator will undertake a range of administrative duties relating to graduate students on taught interdisciplinary Master’s degrees administered by the Humanities Division.
The postholder will be expected to acquire excellent knowledge of the University’s graduate studies procedures and processes and a thorough understanding of University regulations so that they can provide guidance to applicants, students, faculty-based administrators and Course Convenors on matters related to graduate studies administration. The postholder is expected to be able to assume responsibility for their own workload, and work autonomously using their own initiative. The Graduate Studies Administrator will report to the Senior Academic Administrator
About you
Applicants will have a good standard of education (A-level or equivalent), proven administrative skills, and strong numeracy and IT skills. You will be well-organised and self-motivated, with excellent written and oral communications skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
