We’re reimagining and relaunching Regular Giving (direct marketing fundraising) at UCL. In this position you'll play a central role in designing and launching a programme that can inspire and engage our 400,000+ strong alumni community.

About the role
As the Regular Giving Manager, you’ll design and deliver the relaunch of our regular giving programme, from research and testing, to roll-out, ongoing evaluation and development.

We’ll consider part-time, flexible and job share applications (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata). This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

About you
You’ll be experienced in delivering a successful direct marketing programme using channels such as mail, email, and more.
Your skills and mindset are crucial; we’re looking for a diligent project manager who is flexible and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll be adept at balancing the art and science of direct marketing: finding and telling inspiring stories and building strong propositions alongside analysing and interpreting complex data to make decisions and maximise results.
We’re pleased to accept applications from individuals who possess transferable skills and experience drawn from sectors outside of Higher Education.
