Job Summary:
Following changes within the management structure of the area and the increase in student interest, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lecturer in Sustainable Enterprise and Operational Excellence to join our esteemed content area at a leading UK university. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in sustainable enterprise and operations management or a closely related field, coupled with a solid track record of some real-world experiences or practices. This unique combination of academic achievement and practical business acumen will enable the successful applicant to inspire and educate the next generation of business leaders. Applicants should demonstrate a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the future-facing enterprises through sustainability and operational excellence, along with a passion for teaching and research that bridges theory and practice.
