The University of St Andrews, in partnership with University of Glasgow and University of Edinburgh has been successful in securing institutional research cultures funding from Wellcome titled “InFrame”. The InFrame project will allow our research communities to teach us their positive leadership behaviours, and then feed their expertise into development and reward structures. We will provide access to funding opportunities for those outside privileged groups and pathways, thus democratising research leadership, unleashing creativity and new thinking.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role as Community Knowledge Analyst (Researcher) to generate and evaluate data and best practice guidance to support community instigated projects and wider institutional decision making. The post holder will lead on identifying, assessing and building bodies of evidence from a variety of sources to enable research culture project leads to make the most of their project and embed change into business as usual at the partner Universities, working closely with Community Knowledge Analysts based at the Universities of Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as the University of St Andrews.
Employees of the University have access to a wide range of staff benefits including:
Working under the Executive Director of Research Support Services at the University of St Andrews and reporting to the Project Manager at the University of Glasgow, the postholder will work closely with Research Culture Leads, Research Culture communities and networks, and project stakeholders across all three universities to support delivery of the project.
