Duties will include managing the payroll software provider - systems, administration and service delivery. Develop and implement processes to check and verify all payroll and pension information for accuracy (Teachers’ Pension and Greater Manchester Pension Fund) along with completing external returns as required.
About You
We are looking for someone that have previous experience of working in a Payroll or financial environment and have a Level 3 qualification in Payroll (or be working towards this).The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience of working with both Teacher Pension and LGPS.
Previous payroll work within an educational setting is essential, as is experience of using iTrent software to deliver payroll. You must have excellent numeracy skills, strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy is also essential.
