We have several opportunities available for experienced Education Support Workers to join us on a permanent basis (up to 30 hours per week).
The role of Education Support Worker is a critical role in the college as it enables students with additional needs to meet their true goals and aspirations within a supported, safer learning environment.
The successful candidate would be providing in-class support to ensure learner participation and communication and in and out of class support for students with mobility and or sensory impairments.This may include personal care, encouraging learners to develop their social skills, work experience and educational trips and visits.
