This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and motivated lecturer to join the growing and vibrant Law team within the School of Business and Law at The University of Brighton. We are a University that is proud of its reputation for producing highly employable and adaptable graduates and postgraduates.

We are seeking to appoint a lecturer to our diverse community of staff, who will be able to contribute to teaching on our Law courses.  We are looking for experience in teaching Law with a focus on at least one of the Foundations of Legal Knowledge.  The successful candidate will deliver innovative and engaging teaching, supervision and learning support to our students across the subject area.

We require a commitment to educating students at undergraduate and postgraduate level using a mixture of traditional and innovative teaching methods, in particular we require a track record of teaching in a blended learning environment.

The successful candidate would be expected to have research potential as well as a relevant degree and postgraduate qualifications in the subject area.

It is expected that you will actively engage in research and scholarship. If you have a PhD and can supervise at this level, you will have opportunities to develop as the University has an active programme for supporting early career researchers.
