As a Doctoral Research Culture and Development Officer, you'll be right at the heart of supporting change – coordinating a suite of development events and resources for the Doctoral College, and supporting project plans, and finances that enable doctoral projects within the new Research Culture Action Plan to realise their planned benefits.
You'll have the chance to work with diverse groups of experts and stakeholders across the university and use your organisational skills to support initiatives that move the dial on the cultural changes that matter most to our community.

Further information
The role is part-time (21.9 hours) which can be worked over 3-5 days depending on your availability. It is fixed-term until 31 July 2025 due to project funding.
The post will be located in the Doctoral College on the University campus where hybrid working is in operation. You will be expected to work on campus on 1 or 2 days per week.
