The University of Bath is embarking on an ambitious digital transformation journey. We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive innovation focusing on HR systems. This role is central to modernising our technological capabilities and supporting the university's strategic objectives.
Role Overview: Lead technical development of HR systems and digital transformation, managing a team of three developers and driving innovative IT solutions across the university.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
We are offering hybrid working in the DDaT team. This means you will work part of the week on campus in the office and you may also work part of the week from home.
Remuneration Package - A market supplement of up to £4,000 is applied for this role in addition to the basic pay.

DDaT New Starter Bonus* In addition to the great benefits DDaT has to offer, you can benefit from a £2,000 New Starter Bonus. £1,000 is payable after you have successfully completed 1 years' service. The remaining £1,000 will be paid once you have successfully completed 2 years' service.
Please note this bonus is only applicable to certain roles in DDaT and is specified on the relevant job adverts. Bonus payments will be pro rata for part time roles.
