If so, Birkbeck, University of London, is seeking an Associate Lecturer to join the Birkbeck Business School next year 2025 to teach Leadership and Change Management.
As Associate Lecturer you will teach the module:
You will have knowledge of leadership and change in a business setting and and be qualified to the corresponding level of the award as required to teach (or demonstrate equivalent professional/industry level experience).

Salary and benefits
Payment is based on an hourly rate for contact hours worked. The specific rate depends on length of continuous service with the College and includes of pro-rata London Allowance and holiday pay. This hourly rate of £68.13 per hour is based on the starting point of Grade 7 and is inclusive of a ‘Duties Related to Teaching Multiplier’ which covers preparation, teaching, administration, assessment marking and other examining duties in connection with the course.
Contract
Part-time, fixed-term contract. Teaching Tuesdays in Spring term and Wednesdays in Summer term 2025. Closing date: Sunday 1 December 2024. Interview date: Monday 9 December 2024.
