An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join the UEA Sportspark.
Key duties of the role include leading and supervising a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception. You will also be responsible for making bookings, selling activities, memberships and responding to customer enquiries across the full week on a rota basis.
You will have GCSEs at Grade C / 4 or above in English and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (or an equivalent level of qualification) and a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a busy customer facing environment.
