The role
An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to support the experience of postgraduate research students in the Faculty of Arts.
What will you be doing?
Working closely with the Faculty Graduate Education Director, the postholder organises events, coordinates training and development activities and provides a range of communications to students, including through the PG Staff Student Liaison Committee. They oversee the PGR study space provision and administer funding for research students. The postholder also provides support for faculty wide events and for education student administration.
You should apply if
Applicants must have a proven track record in administration. Their customer service and communication skills must be first rate and they must be able to work with staff and students at all levels. The must be highly numerate and analytical and have strong attention to detail. They must display significant initiative and organisation skills.
