Applications are invited for the post of Accommodation Data and Systems Manager within the Student Living team at the University of Nottingham. This is a key role in shaping the student accommodation experience across our campuses, ensuring that our systems and services are responsive to student needs and contribute to an exceptional living experience.
As the Accommodation Data and Systems Manager, you will work at the heart of our student accommodation operations, using data and insights to enhance the services we provide to students. You will manage key systems, including the Kinetic accommodation platform, to ensure our processes run smoothly and are aligned with the evolving needs of students. By generating insights from data, you will support decision-making that enhances the student experience, ensuring their time in University accommodation is both positive and fulfilling.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining user-friendly dashboards and reports that offer clear insights into student needs and trends. Working closely with colleagues across Accommodation Services and other teams, you will ensure that our services remain student-focused, continuously improving how we support students’ residential life.
In this role, you will also provide training and guidance to staff, ensuring that everyone involved in delivering accommodation services is equipped to support students effectively. Leading a small team, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, always striving to enhance the student experience through better systems and services.
