The Role
Source catering is the University of Bristol’s award-winning catering brand and are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to take the role of Catering Supervisor at the university. The role will be working in one of our catering outlets which include 5 catered halls of residence, events & conference spaces, 9 cafes, 3 bars and a food court and will suit someone who has experience in the industry and can demonstrate leadership qualities.
This is an amazing opportunity that provides work-life balance, training & development, working alongside a large and supportive team and involvement in exciting food & drink projects. The contract is a fixed term contract for 11 months 35 hours a week with paid overtime, generous annual leave as well as extra paid days off for university closure days.
Our Catering Supervisors will look after daily tasks, ensuring our team have what they need to do their job on shift and setting the tone of friendly and professional customer service.
What will you be doing?
The successful candidate will focus on leading the front of house catering team members, setting an example of great customer service whilst supporting the managers with some of the daily tasks like ordering, rotas, end of day duties and due diligence.
Setting an example, great communication, organisation and a genuine interest in food & drink will be key to your success.
