The role 

We are currently looking for an Operations and Engagement Librarian to oversee the services, facilities and operations of the Ravensbourne University London Library at an exciting time of growth and development for Ravensbourne and the library service. You will coordinate the efficient and professional delivery of innovative and customer-focused library and information services to staff and students. 

This includes the physical and online library environments, circulation services, stock administration, academic liaison and library instruction.

The candidate 

Our ideal candidate will have experience of professional library work within an academic or specialised service at a supervisory level. You will be a skilled communicator who can build productive working relationships and inspire teams. We are looking for candidates who have excellent customer focus and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement and a positive approach to change. Experience of developing services in response to user feedback and engagement data will be an advantage.
