An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to undertake secretarial and administrative duties to support the University Safety Services Division and deliver a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide efficient, pro-active and high-quality customer support and assist the Division by undertaking a number of secretarial and administrative duties including drafting reports, taking minutes, arranging travel, organising meetings, answering queries and diary management. You will also assist in purchasing equipment and undertake financial processes where required.
You will have a good standard of education with minimum of 5 passes at GCSE Grade A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent qualification) or experience in providing administrative support.
Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment. You'll also have experience of updating websites. Previous experience in procurement processes and budget management would be advantageous.
This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
