About the role
The successful candidate will work with the Student Participation Manager (SPM) and Academic Registry (AR) colleagues to support positive student participation and engagement. This role encompasses all Undergraduate Taught (UGT), Postgraduate Taught (PGT) and Postgraduate Research (PGR) programmes at the RVC.
This role will advocate for the student voice, promoting engagement through methods like campus events, feedback forums, student panels, and the online learning environment. This role will lead the administration of student surveys and analysis of survey feedback and results. The role will administratively support our UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) and US Federal Loan attendance requirements, including attendance monitoring and compliance with the UKVI attendance policies. The Student Participation team ensures effective communication to all UGT, PGT, and PGR students throughout their journey, including induction and pre-enrolment information.

About the candidate
The candidate will be a key member of the Academic Registry team, bringing motivation, adaptability, and teamwork skills. They must be skilled at engaging with all staff, students, and external stakeholders.
Experience in building strong relationships, flexibility, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset are essential for delivering innovative solutions and effectively interacting with large groups.
The post will be for a 14-month fixed term, 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week). The 0.8 FTE can be available on 4 or 5 days per week.
The position is based at Hawkshead and/or Camden Campus, with potential for home working after the probation period. Travel between campuses may be required based on business needs.
