Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in Global Health based within the multidisciplinary Department of Global Health and Infection (GHI) at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS) For more information see here

Working closely with the existing course lead and other academics, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of our innovative and expanding Global Health MSc/PGDip/PGCert programme, capitalising on the many opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments at BSMS and both parent Universities. They will also contribute to the planning and delivery of undergraduate teaching in Global Health, Summer School programme and development and delivery of new online teaching courses. You will:

  • Be an enthusiastic and experienced teacher at MSc level with experience designing and delivering high quality teaching and learning content
  • Experience of designing, reviewing and leading modules including online courses complying with the quality standards of the university/UK education sector.
  • Have experience undertaking your own research as well as supervising student projects
  • Have the ability to provide course leadership if required.
