The Programme Administration team in the School of Arts, Media and Creative Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, professional, flexible and experienced Programme Administrator. 

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of student information systems and processes and will have the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. They will have the passion to deliver exceptional customer experiences and be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities and initiative when managing complex situations.

So what will the role involve?

• Supporting the effective delivery of Programmes by ensuring accurate completion and maintenance of core Programme Administration processes
• Working in the Programmes Administration team and alongside academics in Directorate teams. The role holder will be expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative, excellent attention to detail and good customer service skills and be creative, flexible, and collaborative.
