As the School Quality and Data Officer, you will play a crucial role in this mission and provide a key insight into how we achieve this in an ever-changing sector where students' expectations and behaviour are constantly evolving.

About the role…

The School Quality and Data Officer works alongside key members of the school academic and professional services colleagues to provide data and insights into our success. The post holder is critical in ensuring we are exception at meeting our quality expectations and will be involved in regular audits so feedback can be provided to the management team and key academic colleagues. The role is a key part of the accreditation team tasked with providing specific data requirements for accreditations in line with their strict reporting schedules and timeframes. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for data, able to interrogate information that will highlight areas for improvement in our provision and dynamically implement these

You will have a keen eye for data and be able to identify areas for improvement and dynamically implement changes. You will be able to distil data into easily digestible Management Information (MI), with the ability to present this MI directly to key senior stakeholders in the school, which will form the basis of key school strategies to improve the student experience. Someone who can provide interesting insight into the data to provide unique perspectives would be hugely valued

This is an exciting time to join our team as we innovate and enhance our student experience provision. The role will also be working much closer with our enhanced school accreditation team. The work with that team will be pivotal in supporting the school as we look to achieve our goals and objectives.
