Here at Cambridge University Development and Alumni Relations, we are looking for a new Development Programme Associate within the Cambridge University Health Partners (CUHP) team.
As a crucial team member, you will play a key support role, focusing on operational, project, and communications support. You'll be at the heart of managing various projects within the CUHP portfolio, aligning them with our fundraising priorities. Your responsibilities include working closely with the CUHP team members to create and implement project plans that seamlessly integrate all aspects of CUHP development activities, ensuring each project benefits the University.
Effective communication is central to your role. You'll be drafting documents, creating collateral, and collaborating closely with colleagues across the University to ensure alignment. Keeping internal and external stakeholders informed, you'll build transparency and engagement in the development process.
Your impact will be significant, directly contributing to our fundraising and alumni engagement goals. By managing projects efficiently, communicating clearly, and fostering collaboration, you'll be an important part of advancing the University's mission.
