The opportunity
Are you a well-organised and experienced administrator looking to develop your career in a world leading institution? University of the Arts London is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide support to the Dean of School of Design and Technology.
The School of Design and Technology delivers a range of world-leading undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of fashion design and innovation.
The Dean is responsible for both the leadership, direction, and day-to-day operations of the school and drives the values of collaboration, sustainability, and activism – shaping the future of the industry. This role provides an opportunity to support these responsibilities and priorities.
As a PA, you will provide a confidential secretarial and administrative service, co-ordinate work related meetings and manage the personal office of the Dean, acting as the first point of contact.
You will deal with confidential issues and take a professional approach to all transactions carried out on behalf of the Dean, including the discreet handling of personal and confidential files.
You will also provide organisational support to the School Senior Leadership Team.
This role is based on site at our East Bank campus.
