Your professional expertise, guidance and advice will develop student proficiency with highly specialist techniques, production methods and technology. This will include delivering feedback to students through formative assessments, offering critical input to student concepts in relation to course learning outcomes.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for the daily running of the 3D workshops and associated areas within the College, including the use and booking of specialist facilities within and without timetabled teaching sessions. You will also undertake planned maintenance and repairs, perform routine housekeeping activities and keep maintenance logs up to date.
You will also contribute to the planning and development of the 3D area, as well as the identification of learning outcomes, including curriculum development, research, and commercial activities.
About you
Educated to degree level in 3D making or jewellery, or with the equivalent relevant experience, you will exhibit knowledge and experience of PUK and spot welding.
