Directorate

Physiotherapy is in the School of Allied Health Professions and Midwifery. This vibrant and dynamic school has a focus on excellent education and research informed practice. Physiotherapy has a long history at Bradford and has been at the forefront of delivering a successful University Clinic and First Contact Practitioner education. We work in close collaboration with partners in the NHS, private and voluntary sector to provide students with exceptional placement experience. 

What you will be doing:

  • Developing and delivering undergraduate teaching including practical classes
  • Supervising and assessing students within our student led physiotherapy clinic  
  • Acting as link tutor to students on placement 
  • Being a personal academic tutor for students
  • Contributing to our postgraduate provision (depending on experience)

Qualifications/ experience:

  • HCPC registered physiotherapist is a pre-requisite for shortlisting. 
  • Experience of teaching and assessing students in practice-based or education settings.
  • Experience of supporting individuals from diverse populations  
  • Post-graduate qualification or evidence of undertaking postgraduate study (Grade 9)
