As Project Coordinator, you'll be right at the heart of supporting change - planning, supporting and evaluating key projects within the new Research Culture Action Plan to ensure they deliver on time, to budget, and realise their planned benefits. You'll also take responsibility for getting some quick, but impactful projects over the line.
You could be involved in gathering data about workloads, commissioning short research projects into elements of our culture, or helping to collate evidence to support new approaches on responsible research assessment.
You'll have the chance to work with diverse groups of experts & stakeholders across the university and use your creativity to move the dial on the cultural changes that matter most to our community.

The role is full-time (36.5 hours per week) which could be available as a job-share and/or support flexible working. There is a slight preference for one in-person day on Monday/ Tuesday to align with the project lead.
This is a fixed-term role until September 2025 with the possibility of extension, depending on funding.
