Applications are invited for a full time Registry Administrator within the Registry department at GSA.
The Registry Administrator play a key role in ensuring the Academic Registry team provide professional support services to staff and students at GSA, applicants and external agencies.
Providing administrative support to the Registry Officers, this roe has a wide and varied remit and covers a range of duties including, managing internal and external enquiries; assisting with admissions to first degree and postgraduate taught and research programmes; organisation of student enrolment and graduation; provision of statutory returns and statistical reporting; return of student status information to relevant organisations; ensure Registry internal and external online pages are accurate and up-to-date; assist in collation of student documents in preparation for visa applications.
You will be educated to HND Level (or equivalent) or have substantial relevant experience.
