The School delivers an extensive range of undergraduate and post graduate courses for professionals working in health and social care settings alongside a large portfolio of CPD courses.
The Role
Following successfully securing funding to further expand our AHP provision, we have opportunity for a senior academic to join us and work alongside experts to deliver an innovative post-registration CPD portfolio including injection therapy, clinical and professional skills development.
Developing partnerships with regulators, professional bodies, service users and employers, you will deliver and develop our portfolio of high-quality education for health and care professionals.
As Senior Teaching Fellow, you will be actively involved in the delivery of teaching and course co-ordination while supporting the development of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programs ensuring students have an effective learning experience, including the leadership of staff teams.
Qualifications Required
Our Successful Candidate
We are keen to hear from Allied Health Professional and/or Nursing registered with HCPC who have an interest in MSK/Neuro and are qualified to train injection therapy.
An experienced team leader with a good level of digital fluency, you will have experience creating teaching materials, alongside experience in the development and enhancement of an ‘active learning’ pedagogy.
Innovation and collaboration are key to our success, the ability to generate innovative ideas with the willingness to engage in flexible ways of working are required. You will work collaboratively across Allied Health Profession curriculum areas to support the effective delivery of high-quality courses and promote excellence in learner experience.
