The Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Media is home to a range of courses, in line with emergent demand and the nature of these fast-moving, competitive disciplines. Computer Science at DMU is ranked 151-200 worldwide in the Shanghai Ranking, and 201-250 in the THES World University Rankings due to the international nature and high relevance of its research. Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver high-quality teaching and support for students enrolled in the Cyber Security program. As a lecturer, you will be tasked with preparing and delivering lectures, seminars, labs, and practical workshops, marking assessments, supervising projects, and providing personal tutoring.
As a senior lecturer, in addition to the aforementioned duties, you will be involved in the planning, preparation, and evaluation of lecture and seminar materials. You will also undertake administrative tasks as assigned by the management and contribute to the development of assessment and examination materials. Moreover, you will mentor junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive academic environment.
Ideal Candidate
