About this role

We are looking for someone to lead and manage a team of permanent and temporary staff, providing a 7-day, 52-week service to ensure the maintenance and management of student accommodation and the residents therein.  

There will be an element of budget management related to the day to day running and ongoing maintenance (short and long term projects) of the building.  

About you

You will have breadth and depth of experience in a professional service in a large complex organisation (e.g. Higher Education) and can show full working knowledge and proficiency of Accommodation Management.

You will have specialist expertise and knowledge within the area of Accommodation Management.

You will have experience of analysing and interpreting data, drafting complex reports and delivering briefings to others.

You will have leadership and management experience in a service delivery environment, showing evidence of motivating and supporting your team to achieve objectives.

Interviews will be scheduled to take place at our Frenchay/ Campus.

This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week.  Please note in the job description that there is a requirement to work some hours at weekends and after 5:00pm.
