The Development and Alumni Relations team is looking for an experienced, confident and talented Development Manager to manage a portfolio of prospects and donors, securing major gifts supporting Guildhall School and its work developing outstanding creative artists and artistic citizens.
The role is highly target-driven, in terms of funds secured and volume of prospect interactions. The focus will be to secure donations from trusts and foundations, corporations and livery companies.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience of major gifts fundraising and meeting personal income targets, as well as having excellent interpersonal and communications skills, plus the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience of working with a wide variety of prospects, including those with an interest in higher education and the performing arts would be particularly welcome.
