Applications are invited for the post of Senior Lecturer in the area of Human Resource Management and Employment Relations. The successful candidate is expected to make a significant contribution to AMBS’s reputation for world-class research and to lead and develop expertise in key areas through both research and engagement. They are expected to teach at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels in the area of Human Resource Management and Employment Relations and to participate in the administrative activities of AMBS. Moreover, applicants are expected to network with policy and practitioner communities to improve the impact of their research. We particularly invite applications from candidates who would be interested in playing a critical role in the Work and Equalities Institute (WEI).

The post is based within the HRM, Employment Relations and Law group of the People, Management and Organisations division (PMO). An international reputation in research on topics and debates relevant to the themes of the Work and Equalities Institute and the teaching of HRM is essential.
