About The Role

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering world-class learning experiences? Saïd Business School is seeking a proactive and resourceful Programme Coordinator to join our Executive Education team. You will play a pivotal role in the planning, preparation, logistics, and delivery of a portfolio of high-impact programmes, ensuring excellence throughout the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of planning, preparation, logistics, and delivery of executive programmes to the highest standard.

  • Manage multiple programmes simultaneously by developing and maintaining process timelines and project plans.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including colleagues, faculty, speakers, clients, and external service providers.

  • Organise accommodation, transport, catering, and enrichment activities such as theatres and college dinners, liaising with internal and external suppliers.

  • Coordinate with speakers and contributors to ensure timely delivery of programme content and materials.

Essential Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in event or project management, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-quality results. You will possess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage complex schedules and logistics effectively. Strong customer-facing experience, ideally with executive clients, is essential, along with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups.
