King's Business School invites applications for funded, full-time PhD studentships in Management Studies, to start in October 2025. We welcome applications from those who qualify as Home or International for fees purposes and seek to attract talented and enthusiastic students who aspire to be future leaders in their academic fields of study. When completed, your award would state “PhD in your subject area” relating to the relevant Academic Department (e.g., PhD in Economics, PhD in Marketing).

Funding Notes
Studentships cover tuition fees for three years, the pending submission status fee and a stipend of approximately £21k/annum (2024-25 rate is £21,237) for four years, with annual inflationary increases, a generous training and conference grant and additional paid teaching and research opportunities.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to also apply for funding from other sources, as these studentships are highly competitive and not all students admitted to our doctoral programmes are awarded a King’s Business School studentship. Other doctoral funding options include the LISS-DTP and King’s - China Scholarship Council, as well as many opportunities in Funding Database.
