You will be required to work closely with all relevant stakeholders and maintain up to date knowledge of programme and College regulations, particularly where it pertains to online teaching, providing accurate guidance to colleagues and students as required and ensuring all quality assurance processes are followed.

You will also contribute to strategic planning, the design and implementation of new systems and processes and programme development and delivery; you will ensure the provision of a high level of service to both students and staff. You will also work on the harmonisation of processes and procedures in collaboration with the School Education Manager and the wider Education Team. You will be responsible for the effective distribution of education support across these programmes and the quality of service provided.

As part of the Professional Services team at the SGA you would be offered in-house training, a personal training allowance for external training, and the opportunity to work on various projects and initiatives.
