The University’s Events Team are seeking an Events Assistant to assist in supporting a wide range of corporate, recruitment, alumni & advancement, and bespoke events to raise awareness of the University brand and support the delivery of the University’s strategy.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Events Officers, colleagues across Marketing and Advancement, and the wider University, to help deliver a wide range of events activities.
They will also be responsible for the teams financial procedures and providing efficient, proactive administrative and on the day operational support.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting the delivery of events or similar activities, have a good eye for detail and excellent communications and customer service skills.
