An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and motivated individual to join the award-winning Planning Team at the University of Huddersfield. You will be joining a highly motivated team known for fostering innovation and continuous improvement, and with an excellent reputation for providing accurate and insightful analysis. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the University makes informed, strategic decisions by producing robust, data-driven reports. You will work both independently and collaboratively with our team of Analysts, Developers, and a wide range of other University stakeholders.
You will have, and be supported to develop further, a range of skills, including excellent analytical and communication skills in order to process and disseminate complex data sets. Equally important is the ability to contribute to an effective and productive team ethic. The post-holder should also have the desire to innovate and continuously improve the services we offer.
You will have the aptitude to work with large data sets, draw conclusions, and understand the results in the wider context of the University strategy and the Higher Education sector.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
The University is deeply committed to equality and diversity for all its students and staff. We seek to be diverse and inclusive, supporting individuals and groups to fulfil their potential and nurture a sense of belonging. We strive to be an accessible, inclusive employer, removing barriers for all. Find out more about our approach to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, including our commitments and accreditations as a Disability Confident Employer, Stonewall Gold Award holder and Top 100 Employer, Athena SWAN Bronze Award holder and Race Equality Charter Bronze Award holder.
