The IT Infrastructure & Operations is central to the experience we offer to both our colleagues and our students and the work we do impacts their personal and learning experiences significantly. We are committed to developing and maintaining highly usable, fast, flexible, and personalised Information Systems services that reflect the changing needs of our growing university. We are recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer to join the End User Compute (EUC) team of skilled EUC and software deployment professionals. We are responsible for the engineering, management, security, and compliance of our multiplatform environment (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) as well as the application packaging and availability, endpoint security, device configuration utilities (SCCM, JAMF) and OS / platform design and maintenance. As we are embarking on a process of transformational change, we are focussing on streamlining and automating current processes where possible and embracing new technologies where benefits can be realised, such as utilising Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).
