Are you an HR Generalist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic HR Team within the Cambridge University Libraries, as an HR Manager.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, experienced in advising on a broad range of ER related matters, and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a busy HR Function which supports a complex organisation, spanning across 36 different sites with approx. 450 staff. The role will provide you with exposure and development within HR, working closely with a range of professions across our network. You will report directly to the HR Business Partner and have line management responsibility for the HR Coordinator, and HR & Recruitment Administrator.

The University is supportive of hybrid working, where some work is undertaken on University premises and some in a remote working environment. The aim of our approach is to enable as many staff as possible to work in a hybrid way if they wish and where their role allows.
