About Us:

  • Excellent contributory pension scheme
  • Subsidised sports centre membership and cycle loan scheme
  • Supportive childcare services and generous family leave

Who You Are:

You’re a proactive, detail-oriented individual who sees the bigger picture behind the numbers. You have a passion for financial management and love the idea of making an impact at a world-leading institution. You’re not just about the spreadsheets—you’re also about the story they tell.

What You Bring:

  • Progressing towards or hold a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills: You can dig into data, find patterns, and turn them into meaningful insights. You are skilled in using financial and reporting systems.
  • Great communicator: You can translate complex financial information into clear, concise messages for different audiences.
  • Team player and leader: You’re collaborative, proactive, and ready to take the initiative. You also have experience leading team members to achieve goals.
  • Strong planning and monitoring abilities: Skilled in financial planning and budgetary control mechanisms.

Desirable:

  • Experience in financial modelling, strategic finance, or project-based accounting.
  • Experience working in a large, diverse organization with complex management accounting functions.
