We are a vibrant university campus dedicated to providing fresh, healthy, and on-trend food and beverages to our diverse and ever-changing customer base. As a Delivered Catering Deputy Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary experience for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Lead the day-to-day operations of our Delivered Catering unit, ensuring adherence to business controls, policies, and procedures. You'll work closely with the Manager and team members to maintain high standards of customer service, food safety, product display, and cleanliness.

Customer Focus: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during deliveries and served bookings, ensuring a warm welcome and promoting our catering service. Respond to customer requests promptly and effectively to enhance their experience.

Team Leadership: Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure that all responsibilities are carried out efficiently and to the required standard. Provide necessary training to maintain consistent standards and keep staff up to date with changes and procedures.

Health and Safety: Uphold legal requirements related to Health and Safety and Food Safety, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and customers at all times.

This is a full-time post, working 37 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, and being flexible to deliver Hospitality service.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the role, this post is not available on a job share basis.

This role is campus-based for all of your time.

We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role under the Home Office Skilled Worker visa route. As we are unable to sponsor anyone requiring a visa for this role candidates must therefore be able to provide their own right to work in the UK.
