The role

The Residential Wellbeing Team is seeking to appoint a Residential Wellbeing Manager (out of hours). This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse, professional, dynamic, innovative team who provide an inclusive, compassionate, and resilient service, empowering students to stay well, live and study independently, and fulfil their potential.

Working on an annualised roster of 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off, 12-hour night shifts of 20:00-08:00. 

What will you be doing?

You will manage a team including a Deputy Manager and Wellbeing Coordinators to provide a professional, out of office hours wellbeing advice and support service, to students living in residences and the local community. You will coordinate critical situations relating to student health and wellbeing, working with other internal services, and external services where appropriate.
