- THE ROLE -

The purpose of the post is to provide an administrative service to the University research community in relation to postgraduate studentships and activities related to the administration of PhD research. The post holder will work in partnership with the Dean, Doctoral College Managers, the Doctoral Partnership Manager and UoA co-ordinators to support PhD researcher finances. The post holder may be asked to undertake some other administrative duties relating to other aspects of the University’s research strategy.

- ABOUT YOU -

You will be contributing to the effective administration of postgraduate research across the University, including matters relating to the University’s research committees and subcommittees. You will be responsible for the administration of the annual allocation to the University of the DfE Postgraduate Budget; calculation of funding for the annual distribution of DfE and VCRS studentships. You will be producing multi-year financial forecasts for postgraduate studentships.
