About the Role
Queen Mary Food are wishing to recruit a friendly and helpful customer focused, and barista trained, retail assistant to work within our busy retail catering outlets. The work is serving, and predominantly coffee making, our students and staff in our restaurants and cafes, and we also welcome the public into some of our outlets. We operate a Monday-Friday breakfast to dinner service with early, middle and later shifts, plus some weekend opening to cater for the needs of our student body. We offer a 35-hour working week with overtime opportunities at the busiest times of the year.
About You
You must have a valid food hygiene certificate (to be presented at interview) as well as NVQ level 1 in catering/ food service or experience of working in a catering or hospitality environment, with some knowledge of health and safety, COSHH and HACCAP procedures and a good command of written and spoken English.
