About the role:

In the role you will:

About you

You will likely have a degree in a relevant science (e.g. Biochemistry, Pharmacology or Chemistry), however this is not essential. What is fundamental is a combination of a practical mind-set, a passion for supporting students and being highly organised. If you have experience in supporting or delivering teaching or training, or of demonstrating experiments in a higher education setting this would be ideal. We’ll also be looking for:

  • An ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet required deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a broad range of audience.
  • How you demonstrate collaboration with both your close team and other colleagues.
  • Experience in health and safety compliance, including writing risk assessments and COSHH, would be an advantage.
