We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to conduct research for a discreet project looking at repurposing medications in children with glomerulonephritis. You would undertake the post part-time whilst completing your clinical training, returning to full-time clinical training after the project ends. The opportunity to register for a part time MD or PhD will be available, and encouraged by the supervisory team.
We are seeking a motivated individual who will be based at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as part of the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health. You will have excellent attention to detail, with effective communication skills and a flexible approach to work. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
You should have a MBChB or equivalent, and have completed FY1 and FY2 in the UK.
This is a fixed term post available at 0.2 FTE for 24 months from September 2024 – August 2026.
