We seek a researcher to investigate interactions between forcing, circulation and cloud feedback by running and analyzing large eddy simulations and cloud-system-resolving simulations of shallow and deep atmospheric convection. The post will be based at the Department of Meteorology at the University of Reading. The research will be part of the multi-institute Circulation, Clouds and Climate Sensitivity (CIRCULATES) project, supported by NERC, which aims to as part of the larger NERC CloudSense programme on The Uncertainty in Climate Sensitivity due to Clouds.
