Faculty / Directorate
The Faculty is home to a diverse range of courses across three specialist schools, taught by experienced academics in professional facilities equipped with cutting-edge technology.

Role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Faculty Office. As a member of the programmes administration team, your main responsibilities will include the provision of administrative support for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including registration and assessment, maintenance of student records, committee servicing and the provision of information to students and staff.
This position involves direct contact with a wide range of University staff and students and you should, therefore, enjoy interacting with and helping other people.
The role may be completed on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days working in the Faculty Office.
Ideal Candidate
Educated to A-level or equivalent, you will also possess excellent IT skills and be familiar with the use of large databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications and web-based applications. You should have significant experience in a customer-facing office environment and you should have experience of working as part of a team and under your own initiative. Work experience gained within further or higher education would be a definite advantage.
You should also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines.
Experience working with SAP is highly desirable.
